 Gaskets
Gaskets are molded tube and lathe cut gaskets. Compression molding guarantees
that each gaskets is manufactured to exact specifications every time. Each high
speed lathe cutting machine is computer controlled to produce a high quality
close tolerance cut Our current capabilities we can manufacture gaskets
from 1/4" O.D. up to 20" non spliced gaskets.
 Extruded
Shapes
TCI has two extrusion production lines. We can manufacture extruded shapes up
to 6' . From simple cord to complex shapes we have the capabilities and
experience to manufacture all types and shapes of extruded rubber .Capabilities
include cords, rectangles, diamonds ,P shapes , J shapes, door seals and many

 Molded
TCI specializes in molding of rubber applications using
compression dies under pressure and heat. The process of molding guarantees a
consistent component every time. Capability include gaskets, bridge pads,
bumpers, rollers, washers, wheels and many more.
 Lab
TCI has a complete rubber lab including rheometer ,tensile , ovens, and
durometer testing machines. Testing is done on all incoming materials for
physical and chemical characteristics as part of our Quality Plan. The Quality
plan includes inspection at each stage of the manufacturing process , plus a
final inspection and documentation from our Quality Department.
